This Returns & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made on https://www.cueri.in.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request cancellation only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

2. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. If the package is accepted and signed for by you or any person at the delivery address, it will be considered successfully delivered.

CUERI cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.

3. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Unreachable or incorrect contact number

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

A refund will be processed only after the product is received back by us. Shipping, logistics, and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product with a serious manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Replacement Request:

Please email info@cueri.in with the subject line “Replacement”, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a discount code for a future purchase

This decision will be based on the nature and severity of the defect.

5. LEAKAGE DURING TRANSIT

Shipping, especially air transit, can sometimes cause pressure changes that may lead to minor leakage, despite protective packaging.

To account for this, CUERI slightly overfills its bottles to ensure you receive the intended quantity of product. Minor leakage that does not materially affect product usability or quantity does not qualify as a defect or replacement.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, all CUERI products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. POLICY COMPLIANCE

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
