1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within two (2) working days.

Orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Regulatory or regional restrictions
Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
3. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. In many cases, the courier partner may require a signature or delivery confirmation.
If the package is accepted and signed for by you or any person at the delivery address, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Once delivery is confirmed, CUERI cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of the package.
4. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Incorrect or unreachable contact number

Repeated failed delivery attempts
A refund will be processed only after the product is received back by us. Shipping, logistics, and handling charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you notice any damage to the package or missing products upon delivery, please notify us on the same day of delivery.

6. ORDER TRACKING
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking details are shared via email once the order is dispatched.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive updates automatically. If you do not receive tracking information, contact us at info@cueri.in with your Order Number.
7. PAYMENT & DELIVERY METHOD
CUERI ships orders across India using reliable logistics partners.
We offer the following payment and delivery options:

Prepaid Orders
Orders paid in advance via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or other available digital payment methods are shipped under standard delivery with free shipping. -
Cash on Delivery (COD)
CUERI offers Cash-on-Delivery on eligible orders. A COD handling charge of ₹79 per shipment is applicable to cover additional logistics and processing costs.
This charge will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
All shipping charges, including any applicable COD fees, are disclosed before order confirmation.
8. SHIPPING COVERAGE
At present, we ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.
